    • They tried, but somebody quick melted down all their statues and now they’ve decided to retaliate by sending out bands of thieves to spread out over the countryside. We need Robin Hood real bad…

  2. I have no words about how crooked the current leaders are. They over-step all bounds and keep un-dong what the Obama admin achieved. Yes we are headed for a police state. Our country is no longer a free one. We are owned by all the crooks in DC.

The fact that the courts have upheld this practice shows how corrupt and depraved the government has become. The practice of asset forfeiture and the abuses of eminent domain are two of the reasons for the revolution that created this country. Both practices are completely contrary to the clear and plain text of the 5th Amendment of our constitution.

Anybody who approves of or otherwise supports these practices can only be described as enemies of freedom and destroyers of the rule of law. When do the hangings start?

    • Thank you! One reason I encourage everyone to read the Preamble to the Declaration of Independence is that it lays out our DUTY to REMOVE any government that threatens the rights granted us–that we fought for and WON. Specifically, those rights that assure our property rights and protections from illegal search and seizure.
